SlackPHILLIP ROBERTPassed away peacefully at home on Friday 2nd December. Aged 66 years. Loving Husband, Brother and Pops. Phillip will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. Phillip's funeral service will take place on Wednesday 21st December at the Heart of England Crematorium, Nuneaton at 9.00am. Family flowers only please, donations may be made if so desired to benefit Fortuneswell Cancer Trust, Dorset, and these may be given on the day or via www.heartofenglandcoopfunerals.co.uk.
